1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and 77 Club ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, products, and content offered through the 77 Club platform, accessible at 77club.my.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the 77 Club platform, you automatically agree to and are bound by all these terms & conditions and any other policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours.

2Member Eligibility

3Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, bank account number, or device is strictly forbidden and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following details are required:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or passport.
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• Malaysian bank account number registered in your name for withdrawal purposes.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. 77 Club recommends using a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and never sharing your login details with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77 Club platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. Accepted payment methods are as follows:

Bank account registered for withdrawals must be in the same name as your 77 Club account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be automatically rejected.

Any attempt to process a deposit using an unlisted payment method or another person's account will be declined and may result in the member's account being temporarily suspended pending further investigation.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

77 Club offers a range of exciting promotions for Malaysian members, including a 100% first deposit bonus up to RM300, 10% weekly slots cashback, and various exclusive VIP offers. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement rollover (turnover) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. 77 Club's standard rollover is 8x total amount (deposit + bonus) unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the respective promotion terms. Using a bonus on ineligible games may result in winnings being voided.
• Each promotion has a clearly stated validity period. Bonuses that expire without meeting the rollover requirement will be automatically forfeited.
• Only one (1) active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated by 77 Club.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77 Club platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. 77 Club will not accept any cancellation requests for confirmed bets, except in technical situations that require cancellation on our end.

• Football: Betting covers the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and over 500 other leagues. Odds may change up until kick-off. All bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• Badminton: Includes the Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, All England, BWF World Championships, and Superseries matches. Matches postponed by more than 24 hours will be cancelled and stakes refunded.
• Live Casino: All baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger, and sic bo games are conducted with real dealers via live streaming. Results announced by the dealer are final.

7Member Conduct & Ethics

77 Club cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in the investigation of suspicious financial activity. We comply with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements in Malaysia.

8Account Suspension & Closure

77 Club reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of duplicate registrations or use of false information.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Failure to fulfil identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 77 Club support team. Prior to closure, all active rollover requirements must be fulfilled and there must be no pending bets.

For accounts closed due to violations, 77 Club reserves the right to forfeit the account balance, including any bonus or winnings that have not yet been withdrawn.

9Responsible Betting

1077 Club Liability Limits

In all circumstances, 77 Club's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the member's most recent deposit.

11Intellectual Property Rights

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions
